Working for Captain Morgan brand has been unusual cooperation from the beginning. Our task was to make a love brand even more loved. Thus it was necessary to understand perfectly the community, become its part and love the brand with them. It was only possible with a perfectly set social team, where every member can "Live like a Captain.

To make the brand a social world leader of the category and increase significantly the engagement of the brand Facebook fans.

Solution

We introduced a long term social strategy using an edgy and entrancing tone of voice and distinctive visual style, encouraging the community to experience fun and unbound communication with the Captain's character. Regular micro contests, engaging community management via GIFs, videos and questions with witty sense of humor make the profile a fun place to be at.
