The Solution

As part of the Etnetera Group, we developed an AI virtual advisor named Rossi, designed to act as an expert guide through Rossmann’s product range. Rossi can answer questions like:

  • What shampoo is best for oily hair?
  • What helps with acne?
  • What gluten-free cookies do you offer?
  • And even more complex questions such as:
    • What are the steps in a Korean skincare routine?

The Result

Etnetera Motion handled the creative concept for Rossi, including the name of the AI advisor and its visual identity. We also managed the digital rollout across the Rossmann Club app, the website, and social media.

Thanks to Rossi, every customer has access to the “best salesperson” anytime, 24/7. The AI continuously learns and improves to provide even better answers to future questions.
