ROSSMANN CLUB

We have been creating on-line communication for ROSSMANN in cooperation with the ETNETERA Group for a long time. From strategy to website redesign, development of a mobile application, e-mail communication, and creative communication.

COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

We created a concept and comprehensive communication strategy for the ROSSMANN Loyalty Programme that is used by hundreds of thousands of registered members every month.

ROSSMANN CLUB

We cooperate on the creation of the ROSSMANN CLUB application for iOS and Android, including a new e-shop for the client.

NEW E-SHOP

Across digital channels, we created a campaign for the successful market launch of the loyalty programme and of the new e-shop.

Cooperation with ROSSMANN is an excellent opportunity for us to keep growing. Together, we have built a brand-new ecosystem for communicating with end customers.

Challenge

We needed to prepare a comprehensive communication strategy to launch the newly built e-shop in the mobile application, both for loyal members of the ROSSMANN CLUB and for staff in shops.

Solution

We introduced the e-shop to the staff through a workshop and an e-learning course. For ROSSMANN CLUB members, we prepared an instructional video and a campaign for all communication.
